Did you know that our daily diet can lead to stress


Without us knowing that the food we eat every day can add to the burden of our minds
because it tastes good but we often forget that the dangers of these foods can
affect our
food that is high levels of salt and fat can stimulate the hormone production of stress hormones
kartisol which can slow down serotonin which causes us anxious mood
thus increasing the burden of the mind

between the food is mostly prepared foods such as meatballs, nuggets, canned food and noodles
so, we open it can relieve stress by eating good food, but we will increase the stress
